Wild Blueberries are the number one fruit crop in terms of export sales and value to the economy in Nova Scotia. Wild blueberries are a nutritious treat that is a good source of Vitamin C and dietary fiber. There is no fat, sodium or cholesterol and only 80 calories per cup of berries.
